The Snowy Valley

After learning how the walrus Magnus uses his powerful‎ (1) tusks‎ (2) to break the ice and create paths, Niko and Nuna leave the frozen beach, amazed by the strength and cleverness of the big sea mammal‎ (3). They now know that these tusks are more than just weapons; they are valuable tools for surviving in the Arctic‎ (4). As they walk, the two little penguins spot a small white figure hopping between the snowdrifts. Curious, they decide to follow it to find out more.

Niko, excited, shouts:
« Look, Nuna! »

Nuna, eyes sparkling with curiosity, exclaims:
« It's an Arctic hare with short, round ears and blue eyes! »

Niko, curious, asks:
« Where did he go? »

Nuna, with wide eyes, shouts:
« He has vanished! »

Soon after, a small white shape appears again. It is Lumi the Arctic hare. She jumps again and disappears. Niko and Nuna follow her. Lumi leads them to a hidden crack‎ (5) under the snow, where they find another piece of the treasure map.

The Secret of the Crevasse

Once they reached the crevice, Lumi showed them how she uses her big paws to dig quickly in the snow and find shelters or hiding spots. Niko and Nuna, impressed, watched Lumi dig with skill‎ (6).

Niko, amazed, says:
« Wow! This is amazing! »

Nuna, amazed, says:
« You dig fast! »

Lumi the Arctic hare, while still digging, says:
« I practice every day. »

Niko, curious, asks:
« Wait, you changed color! How do you do that? »

Lumi the Arctic hare explains:
« I am white in winter to hide in the snow. In summer, I stay white to blend in with the snow. »

Nuna, looking up at the sky, says:
« That's clever! »

Suddenly, Lumi the Arctic hare finds a shiny object hidden under the snow. It’s a piece of the treasure map they have been looking for a long time. Niko and Nuna are thrilled and thank Lumi for the help. They realize that nature offers many solutions to survive in tough environments and that every animal has unique talents. After finding the hidden piece of the treasure map, Niko and Nuna are eager to discover what lies at the end of their quest. As they follow the clues, they meet a bird named Stella, who just returned from a long journey. This swift bird tells them about its adventures and the secrets of bird migrations. Niko and Nuna, curious, listen carefully and wonder what other surprises await them in their next adventure. Lumi the Arctic hare's bright blue eyes reflect‎ (7) intelligence and curiosity.
