The Marsh Awakens
How do we know that spring has arrived in the marsh?
The First Signs of Spring
Under the moonlight, Timon the frog and Lila the dragonfly explored the hidden corners (1) of the marsh, meeting wonderful creatures and discovering the mysteries (2) of an enchanting (3) world. After spending a peaceful night, the first rays of the sun slip through the reeds (4), gently waking up Timon and Lila. The two friends stretch and get ready for a new day of adventures in the Marsh of Wonders. The water lilies open, the dragonflies dance, and the marsh comes to life again. But as they watch the water, they spot strange ripples... Someone or something is swimming beneath the surface!
Timon, intrigued, says:
« Look, Lila, something is moving under the water! »
After watching the ripples, Lila tells Timon:
« I see it too, Timon. But it's not the dragonflies making these ripples. It looks like there's something bigger under the water. »
Timon, curious, asks out loud:
« I wonder what that could be. We should go and take a closer look, but let's be careful, you never know what might be hiding under the water. »
Lila, intrigued, says: « Look, Timon, the water sparkles (5). It seems like something big is moving underneath. We should really go and take a closer look, but let's be careful. »
The ripples in the water catch Timon and Lila's attention. The lily pads slowly unfold, revealing small yellow flowers. Lila twirls (6) above the water, admiring the shiny reflections on the surface. But as they watch the water, strange ripples are seen… Someone or something is swimming under the surface!
The Mystery of the Ripples
Timon and Lila fly carefully towards the ripples. They find out that they are fish moving quickly, looking for insects to eat.
Timon, curious, says:
« Lila, look at the ripples. »
Lila, amazed, says:
« Look, they are swimming really fast! It seems like they are looking for something. »
Timon, curious, asks:
« Why are they swimming so fast? »
Lila, curious, suggests:
« Maybe they are looking for food. »
Timon, with his spotted green skin, is perfectly camouflaged in the environment, allowing him to sneak up on the ripples. Lila, with her see-through (7) wings, watches from above, spotting the movements of the fish. Suddenly, a little fish jumps out of the water, catching a fly in mid-air. This show of speed and precision is watched in amazement by Timon and Lila, who wonder if this behavior is connected to the ripples they saw.
The two curious friends are led to the spot where the ripples are most visible. Timon and Lila follow them carefully, hoping to find out why the fish are swimming so fast. The two friends are eager to discover why the fish are so active in the spring, and they know that a new adventure awaits them in the Marvelous Marsh. Maybe they will discover even more fascinating secrets about aquatic life and the mysteries of spring.
