The Enchanted Feathers
How can a feather write a magical story?
The Magic Feather Library
After finding a huge red curtain in a dusty attic, Léo and Mina ended up in an enchanted (1) theater where a talking white cat welcomed them. Here, every object seemed to have a life of its own, inviting (2) them to explore the mysteries of live performances (3). Soon after, the two curious children ventured into a library with flying (4) pages, where the books seemed to whisper ancient (5) secrets. Léo, with his theater hat and golden sparkly jacket, and Mina, with her starry tutu and shiny ribbons in her hair, were ready to discover new wonders.
Léo, amazed, says:
« This is magical! »
Mina, amazed, says:
« Yes, look at the books! »
Léo, with his eyes wide open, exclaims:
« They move all by themselves! »
Mina, amazed, whispers:
« And the pages breathe! »
After watching the books, a golden feather appeared in front of them. It floated in the air. Léo and Mina followed the feather with their eyes. It traced an old word on the ground: Molière.
The golden feather drew an old word on the ground: Molière. This word was the first clue (6) in their quest for the Perfect Role.
The Quest for the Perfect Role
Léo and Mina followed the golden feather. It led them to a big library. The books were full of theater stories. The children discovered amazing tales.
Léo, amazed, says:
« Look, Mina, there are names everywhere! »
Mina, amazed, says:
« But yes, look at all these names! It's like they were waiting for us. Do you think we can read them? »
Léo, curious, asks:
« Who are these authors? »
Mina, with a smile lighting up her face, explains:
« These are people who write stories for the theater. »
Léo and Mina opened a book. They read dialogues and scenes. They understood that every word was important. They found out that authors used feathers to write.
It was then revealed to Léo and Mina that the golden feathers, which traced old words on the floor, showed them a tiny miniature theater. They explained that Molière's plays, like The Imaginary Invalid, were timeless (7) because they told stories about human flaws with humor. The children understood that the magic of theater lay in the words' ability to bring emotions to life and create imaginary worlds. With this new knowledge, they were ready to explore new adventures in the enchanted world of live performances.
