The Never-Ending Library
What if every book took you on a different adventure?
The Discovery of the Never-Ending Library
After exploring their grandma's dusty attic, Éline and Jasper found an old inkwell surrounded by shiny feathers in bright colors. Curious, they dipped a feather into the ink and wrote a few words. To their surprise, the words came to life right before their eyes. A little gray mouse appeared, whispering (1) secrets in their ears, before disappearing into the corners of the attic. The adventure was just beginning. Soon after, as they wondered what new adventure awaited them, a golden light filled the room. The words they had written floated in the air, forming a glowing door. Without hesitation, Éline and Jasper stepped through the doorway (2), ready to discover what lay on the other side.
Once they went through the door, Éline and Jasper found themselves in a magical and huge place: the Never-Ending Library. The shelves, as tall as trees, stretched as far as they could see, filled with books of all sizes and colors.
The children heard whispers and murmurs coming from the books, as if each one had a story to tell. The shelves moved gently, shifting to reveal new rows filled with literary treasures (3).
Éline, amazed, shouts:
« It's wonderful here! »
Jasper, amazed, says:
« Look at all these books! »
Éline, curious about the whispers, asks:
« What story will they tell us? »
Jasper, with sparkling eyes, wonders out loud:
« Maybe some are magical? »
Suddenly (4), a book fell off the shelf and landed at the children's feet. It opened by itself, showing a page where words were dancing. The letters started to form a sentence: To find the Famous Quills Lounge, solve this riddle: What is the biggest secret of words?
The Mystery of the Famous Feathers
Éline and Jasper looked at each other, determined to solve the riddle. They knew that words had immense power, able to create worlds and bring emotions to life. After a few moments of thought, Éline whispered: Words have the power to bring our imagination to life. Jasper, with a mischievous smile, added: And they can also make us laugh, cry, or dream.
Éline, her eyes sparkling, starts to say:
« Words can create everything. »
Jasper, with a mysterious smile, then adds:
« Yes, they are magical. »
Éline, with sparkling eyes, says:
« So, the secret of words is their power. »
Jasper, with a mischievous smile, says:
« Exactly, Éline. »
Once the riddle is solved, the children are teleported (5) to the Salon of Famous Quills. This magical place is full of literary mysteries and magic. The children, accompanied by a wise cat, discover three floating feathers forming the shapes (6) of famous writers. They are invited to enter a magical room where three feathers float in the air and form the shapes of famous writers. Éline and Jasper, amazed, listened to the advice of the feathers, learning how words can change the world. They understood that every story, every poem, every novel, is an adventure in itself, full of wonders and discoveries. As they were about to leave the room, a new light appeared, inviting them to discover the next step of their adventure. With a complicit smile, Éline and Jasper held hands, ready to explore new literary worlds. What new adventure awaited them behind this glowing door?
