📝 Quick summary of key information

What happens when words dance on stage?

The theater is a magical place where stories come to life. People love to go there to see actors tell amazing adventures. It's like entering a book of moving pictures!

On stage, words can be said out loud, sung, or even danced. For example, an actor can read a story, while another can sing a song or dance a tale. It's like the words jump off the pages to play with us!

Words come to life when shared with others. A play often starts with an idea written on paper. Then, actors and directors work together to turn that idea into a living story.

There are many ways to share words on stage. Actors use acting, sound, and movement. For example, they can speak softly for a secret or shout loudly for big news. They can also move quickly for a race or slowly for a dance.

What happens when words dance on stage?

The Discovery of the Magic Stage

After exploring the Magic Ink(1) Workshop(2), Éline and Jasper learned to make words dance on paper with the help of a fairy, under the curious gaze of a black cat. They discovered that every sentence written could become a magical adventure, full of fantastic creatures(3) and enchanted worlds. Soon after, they find themselves in an even more enchanting(4) place: the Theater of Words. Éline, with her dress made of parchments(5) and a golden feather tucked in her curly hair, and Jasper, with his letter-shaped glasses and a cape made of flying pages, are ready to discover the mysteries of this magical stage.

Jasper, amazed, asks:
« Éline, have you seen this stage? »

Éline, amazed, shouts:
« Yes, it is wonderful! »

Jasper, amazed, says:
« Look, there are feathers and scrolls everywhere. »

Éline, amazed, says:
« It's perfect for writing new stories. »

Once on the stage, Éline writes a sentence on a scroll. The words start to shine like stars. Jasper, on the other hand, writes another sentence. The words turn into soft melodies(6) that fill the air. They quickly understand that every word they write can become part of a magical show. They decide to prepare a show for the big final festival.

But first, they must learn to master the secrets of the magic stage. Éline and Jasper start a series of experiments to find out how each word can be turned into light, song, or dance. They write sentences on scrolls and watch as the words change right before their eyes. They discover that their stories can be performed in front of other children.

Getting Ready for the Show

Éline and Jasper write sentences on scrolls. They pick colorful words. The words turn into lights. They find out that each word has a magical power.

Éline, amazed, says:
« Jasper, look at these shiny words! »

Jasper, amazed, shouts:
« Wow, this is amazing! »

Éline, her eyes sparkling with excitement, suggests:
« What if we add some melodies? »

Jasper, excited, says:
« That's a great idea! Imagine, we could write sentences with nice words and see them turn into light, song, or dance. What do you think? »

Éline writes sentences with soft words. The words turn into melodies. Jasper writes sentences with strong words. The words turn into colorful lights. They decide to rehearse their show.

After enchanting the magical stage with their words, Éline and Jasper receive a special invitation. They will discover how to turn their stories into live shows. They will learn the art of staging and illusion(7), with the help of a wise rat and a mischievous cat, who will guide them through the backstage of the fairy theater. A new adventure awaits them, full of mysteries and magic, where they can continue to explore the wonders of writing and the stage.
