📝 Quick summary of key information

What if clouds danced according to how light they are?

Clouds are big groups of tiny water drops or ice crystals that float in the sky. They form when warm air rises and cools down, creating water vapor that turns into small drops.

Clouds move at different heights depending on their type and temperature. Low clouds, like stratus, are often gray and cover the sky like a blanket. High clouds, like cirrus, are thin and white, looking like cotton threads.

Wind plays a big part in moving clouds. It pushes them across the sky, making them travel from far away. Sometimes, the wind is so strong that it changes the shape of the clouds, turning them into beautiful, short-lived sculptures.

Clouds have different shapes depending on their type. Cumulus clouds, for example, are white and fluffy, looking like cotton castles. Nimbus clouds, on the other hand, are dark and can bring rain. Each type of cloud has its own personality and its own job in the sky.

Imagine clouds dancing in the sky, moving gracefully with the wind. Light and fluffy clouds could twirl, while heavier and darker clouds could sway slowly, like in a majestic waltz.

The Sky Dance

What if clouds danced according to their lightness?

The Sky Dance

After the water drops from the lake were seen evaporating(1) under the sun's rays, Pluma, a little dreamy cloud, and Nimbus, a bigger, wiser, and protective cloud, were carried into the blue sky to discover the mysteries of traveling(2) clouds. The invisible threads of water vapor were seen rising(3) towards the sky, ready to form new clouds. Now, they were carried into the blue sky to discover the mysteries of traveling clouds.

Not long after leaving the Misty Spring, Pluma and Nimbus reached a busy sky area. Tall, thin clouds and small, round clouds were twirling around like in a dance.

Pluma, amazed, says:
« It's wonderful, Nimbus! »

Nimbus, with his deep and soothing voice, starts to explain: « The clouds dance in the sky. They move with the wind(4). »

Pluma, amazed, asks:
« How do they dance? »

Nimbus, with his deep and soothing voice, explains:
« Clouds go up or down with the winds. You can follow them. »

Pluma, with her sparkling eyes, tried to follow the movements of the bigger clouds, but she had trouble keeping her balance. Nimbus, always protective, showed her how to let herself be carried by the rising and falling(5) winds. Pluma, with her rainbow scarf, let herself be guided by the wind's movements, discovering the magic of the cloud dance.

Nimbus teaches Pluma how to read the winds and go up or down to join the sky dance. Pluma practices with Nimbus. He still needs to improve.

The Wind Dance

Pluma was shown how to read the winds and go up or down to join the sky dance. Pluma practiced with Nimbus, but she still needed to improve.

Nimbus, with his deep and soothing voice, said then:
« You must feel the wind, Pluma. »

Pluma, curious, asks:
« How do I do it? »

Nimbus, with a deep and soothing voice, says:
« Close your eyes and listen. »

Pluma closed her eyes. She listened to the wind. She felt the air currents. Nimbus showed her how to let the winds carry her. Pluma practiced some more.

Pluma, all excited, says:
« I feel the wind, Nimbus! »

Nimbus, happy, says:
« Great job, Pluma! You can dance with the clouds. »

As Pluma and Nimbus mastered the dance of the winds, a cool breeze guided them to a new adventure. Pluma glided through a sea of fresh air, where steam swirled around her and gently wrapped her up. They arrived in a busy sky area where tall, slender clouds and small, round clouds twirled like in a ball. Nimbus taught her how to read the winds and go up or down to join the sky dance. He explained to Pluma that water vapor turns into(6) bigger droplets when it's colder, making the clouds grow. Pluma, with her sparkling eyes, watched the clouds forming and changing right before her. Nimbus taught her to recognize different types of clouds, like cumulus(7), stratus, and cirrus. Pluma, with her rainbow scarf, let the air currents carry her, discovering the beauty of the clouds. But suddenly, a stronger wind than the others surprised them. Pluma, taken by panic, let the current carry her away. Nimbus, always protective, caught her and showed her how to ride the wind without being carried away. Pluma, with her rainbow scarf, regained confidence and let the wind movements guide her, discovering the magic of the cloud dance. As they continued their journey, they wondered what the next step of their adventure would bring. One thing was sure, they were ready to discover new mysteries and learn even more about the fascinating world of clouds.
