The Sounds of Nature

After listening to the stories of the stars told by the Guardians and the constellations‎ (1) drawn by magical fireflies, Naya and Sohan come down from the dome. They now know that the stars are the guardians of time and space, guiding the winds and ocean currents. But a question bothers them: what sound does the Earth make when it lives in harmony? To find out, they go to the edge of a lake, a place where natural elements meet and express themselves freely.

Naya, with her eyes closed, says:
« Close your eyes, Sohan. Listen carefully. »

Sohan, listening carefully, whispers:
« I hear the rain falling. »

Naya, listening to the sounds of nature, then says:
« Yes, and the wind in the trees. »

Sohan, with his eyes still closed, whispers:
« I hear the leaves rustling too. »

Naya, with her eyes closed, whispers:
« And I hear the leaves rustling too. »

These sounds turn into music. An invisible score‎ (2) is written in the air: the Earth sings when everything is in balance. Naya, with her sharp ears, hears the different noises. She hears the whisper‎ (3) of water flowing gently, creating a soothing symphony‎ (4). Sohan, with his magic compass, watches the directions of the wind and the water currents, noting how each element interacts with the others.

Suddenly, a strange noise interrupts the melody. A strong wind shakes the trees, and the rain turns into a storm. Naya and Sohan look at each other, worried. They know that something is disturbing the natural harmony. They must find the cause of this imbalance.

The Melody of Harmony

The wild‎ (5) wind is followed by Naya and Sohan. After a long walk, the strong wind leads them to a forest. The trees there are sick, their leaves are yellow, and their branches are broken.

Sohan, after watching the trees, says:
« The air is too dry. »

Naya, after looking around, says:
« She sees that the rivers are dry and the streams are full of trash. The water is polluted. »

Sohan, after taking out his instruments, says:
« We measure the humidity and the temperature. »

Naya, after listening carefully, says:
« I hear the trees. They are sad. »

Sohan, after seeing the dry rivers and the streams full of trash, says:
« We must clean the water. »

Naya, after listening to the trees, adds: « We must also plant new seeds to help the trees grow back‎ (6) and clean the air. »

After hours of work, the first signs of recovery appear. The leaves turn green again. The wind finds its gentle song. The Earth's melody is restored. Naya and Sohan feel relieved. They know they have succeeded in restoring natural harmony. Once the melody ends, the young guardians feel carried away by the magic of the Earth. They know it is time to share this gift with other children. Back at the Climate Sanctuary, Naya and Sohan organize a party with all the elements. The trees dance, the waves shine, the winds laugh. A snow leopard‎ (7), a messenger of nature, appears and announces the arrival of the new guardians. Naya and Sohan prepare to welcome these new friends and teach them the secrets of the blue Earth. Together, they will continue to protect and celebrate natural harmony, ready to face new adventures.
