📝 Quick summary of key information
How can companies use green practices?
Companies can help the planet by using sustainable practices. But what does that mean? Being sustainable means taking care of nature and the Earth's resources so that everyone can enjoy them now and in the future.
Why is this important? Because it protects our environment and ensures a better future for everyone. For example, using recycled materials like plastic or paper helps reduce waste and save forests.
Companies can also save energy by using LED bulbs or turning off lights when they are not needed. This saves electricity and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
It is very important to reduce waste. Companies can recycle their trash, use reusable packaging, and encourage their workers to use eco-friendly practices. This way, they help make the world cleaner and greener.

The Green Lab: Sustainable Solutions
How can companies use sustainable practices?
Discovering Sustainable Solutions
After convincing the workers at the Model Factory about the importance of safety rules, Thomas, a careful (1) fox, and Manon, an expert in quality and the environment, head to their next mission. They showed how following the rules can prevent accidents and ensure a safer workplace. This time, they are going to the Green Lab, a place dedicated to finding eco-friendly (2) solutions to reduce (3) waste and protect the environment. Their goal is to convince the workers of this lab about the importance of sustainable practices.
Once they arrived at the Green Lab, Manon was greeted by curious and motivated employees. She showed real examples, like packaging made from recycled materials and machines that use (4) less energy.
Manon, with an encouraging smile, begins to speak:
« Now, I will show you how you can use these sustainable practices in your lab. By using recycled materials, reducing your energy use, and minimizing waste, you can not only protect the environment but also make your work more efficient. »
Thomas, curious, asks then:
« That's a great idea, Manon! But how can we start using these sustainable practices in our lab? »
Manon, with an encouraging smile, starts to explain:
« By using recycled materials and reducing energy use. »
Manon, while showing real examples, adds:
« We must also reduce waste. »
Thomas, thinking, says: « I agree, Manon. Using recycled materials and reducing energy use are very important (5) steps. We must also make sure these practices are safe for all the workers. How can we add safety measures to these new ideas? »
She shows the workers how to use recycled materials, save energy, and reduce waste to protect the environment.
Putting Green Ideas to Work
Manon shows examples of recycled materials. She explains how to turn plastic bottles into colorful toys. The workers listen carefully.
Manon, showing an example of a recycled bottle, says:
« Always check the labels. »
Thomas, always paying attention to details, nods and adds:
« Yes, it's important for sorting. »
Manon, with an encouraging smile, says:
« We must sort trash into different groups. »
Thomas, always ready to give advice, explains: « First, we can sort plastics, papers, metals, and glasses. Then, there are organic wastes that can be composted (6). Each category has its own recycling and treatment methods. »
Manon, with a determined smile, begins to explain: « Now, for recyclable materials, we have paper, plastic, and metal. Each of these materials needs to be handled differently to recycle them the most (7) and reduce harm to the environment. »
After explaining to the employees of the Green Lab how to sort and treat different types of waste, and the importance of recycling materials, it is decided that Thomas and Manon will go to the QSE Training Center. Accompanied by their loyal dog, a talking golden retriever, they will teach the employees how to improve the quality of products by implementing strict procedures. Their next adventure awaits, full of challenges and discoveries. They are ready to share their knowledge and help other companies adopt sustainable and safe practices.
