📝 Quick summary of key information

What are some eco-friendly inventions that help protect the planet?

An eco-friendly invention is a brilliant idea that helps protect our beautiful planet. It uses natural resources without wasting them, like wind or sun, to create clean energy.

Wind turbines, for example, are big blades that spin with the wind. They make electricity without polluting the air, unlike old power plants.

Electric cars are also eco-friendly inventions. They don't burn fuel like gas cars, so they don't release polluting smoke. They use rechargeable batteries, which is much cleaner.

Interactive games and workshops are fun ways to learn how to protect the planet. Kids can take part in activities like planting trees or making things with recycled materials.

The Park of Innovations and Eco-Friendly Inventions

What are some eco-friendly inventions that help protect the planet?

Renewable Energy

After exploring the Sustainable(1) Butcher Shop(2), the children learn how pigs are raised in caring conditions, promoting their well-being and reducing environmental impact(3). Karim and Laetitia show them real examples of what it means to treat animals with respect. Then, the children are told that their next adventure will take them to the Innovation Park, a magical place where science and nature meet to create amazing inventions. Karim, with his green shirt and tree badges, and Laetitia, with her blue jacket and wave patterns, are then introduced to the children, ready to discover ecological wonders.

Karim, with an enthusiastic smile, begins to explain: « Now that we have seen how animals can be raised in a sustainable way, let's discover inventions that use renewable(4) energy. Look at these big blades spinning. These are wind turbines(5), and they produce clean energy using the power of the wind. »

Laetitia, with an educational smile, explains:
« These are wind turbines. They use the wind to make energy. »

Karim, with an enthusiastic smile, starts to explain:
« The wind makes the blades turn. They change the wind's energy into electricity. »

Laetitia, with a reassuring smile, then says:
« This electricity is clean. It doesn't pollute the air. »

Karim, with a big smile, says:
« Energy is stored in batteries. It powers homes and schools. »

After explaining how wind turbines make clean energy, the children are invited to discover another eco-friendly innovation. They then head towards the electric cars. They are told how these vehicles reduce carbon emissions, just like wind turbines help produce clean energy.

Educational Games and Workshops

After learning about electric cars, Karim and Laetitia take the children to an interactive play area. Here, the children can build their own little windmills with recycled materials.

Laetitia, with an encouraging smile, starts by saying:
« To build your little windmills, take plastic bottles and pieces of wood. You will see, it's simple and fun! »

Karim, with an encouraging smile, says:
« Stick the pieces of wood onto the bottles. »

Laetitia, excited, shows the children:
« Look at the blades spin with the wind. »

Karim, with an enthusiastic smile, explains:
« Wind turbines turn wind into electricity. »

Soon after, the children take part in a workshop where they make toys from recycled waste. Karim shows how to turn plastic bottles into flower pots and old newspapers into recycled paper.

After making toys from recycled waste in the workshop, the children are invited to explore the Recycling Center. Here, they learn how waste like plastic bottles and old newspapers are turned into useful new items. They also discover the role of tiny organisms(6) in natural recycling, showing them the importance of every element in protecting our environment. With big smiles, Karim and Laetitia promise the children that their next adventure will be just as exciting and educational, while encouraging them to keep protecting the planet.
